How do I withdraw a Bike Hub Pay offer?

Withdraw a pending Bike Hub Pay offer yourself, no approval needed. Steps, what happens next, and what it means for the listing.

Written by Matt Eagar

Made an offer and changed your mind? While the seller hasn't accepted it yet, you can withdraw it yourself. Nobody needs to approve it.

Has the seller already accepted? Then the deal is live and withdrawing is no longer an option. See how do I cancel a Bike Hub Pay deal? instead.

Finding your offer

  1. Log in to Bike Hub.

  2. Click your profile menu and choose My Offers & Deals.

  3. Click the deal holding your offer.

Withdrawing the offer

Scroll to the bottom of the deal details and click Withdraw your offer.

In the pop-up, tell the seller why you're withdrawing. This needs to be at least 30 characters, so give them a real sentence rather than a single word. Then click Withdraw offer.

What happens next

  • The offer is marked as withdrawn straight away.

  • The seller is emailed and your reason is shown to them.

  • The listing isn't affected. It stays live, and other buyers can make offers as usual.

Good to know

  • Offered the wrong amount? Withdraw the offer and simply make a new one.

  • Offers expire on their own after 24 hours if the seller doesn't respond, so you don't have to withdraw just to tidy up.

  • A withdrawn offer can't be reinstated, but you're welcome to make a fresh offer while the listing is still available.

  • Withdrawing repeatedly can lead to your ability to make offers being suspended, so please use it when you genuinely need to.

  • Sellers: if you want to pass on an offer you haven't accepted, you don't withdraw it, you decline it. See responding to a Bike Hub Pay offer.

  • If the seller accepts in the moments before you confirm, the withdrawal won't go through and you'll see a message saying the offer has already been accepted. From that point on, use the cancellation process.
