You've received an offer via Bike Hub Pay, what happens next?

Offer expiry

An offer will automatically expire 24 hours after being sent. Once expired, you'll no longer be able to respond to the offer.

Accepting an offer

  • Open up the offer from the notification or via My Offers & Deals.

  • Click on the Accept offer button below the offer summary.

  • You'll be asked to provide some basic personal information and your bank details (for us to pay you once the deal is done).

  • After submitting the required information, the buyer will be required to make payment for the agreed amount.

Proposing a counter-offer

If you're not happy with the offer that you've received you can propose a counter-offer:

  • Open up the offer from the notification or via My Offers & Deals.

  • Click on the Decline / negotiate offer button below the offer summary.

  • Enter a message for the buyer, e.g. a proposed counter-offer price or amendments to other terms of the deal.

  • The buyer can then review your note. They will have the option to submit a revised offer for you to consider.

Declining an offer

If you want to decline an offer for any reason, e.g. you've already sold the item, you can simply decline the offer outright.

  • Open up the offer from the notification or via My Offers & Deals.

  • Click on the Decline / negotiate offer button below the offer summary.

  • Enter a brief message for the buyer.

What happens if I have multiple offers?

If you have more than one offer from buyers interested in the item and choose to accept one of them, we'll automatically decline any other pending offers and notify the interested buyers that another offer was accepted.
