If you'd like to block a user on Bike Hub classifieds for any reason you can do so via these steps:
Blocking a user from a Chat message:
Open the Chat from the user you'd like to block.
Click on the Actions drop down menu on the top right.
Select the Block user option from the menu.
Confirm that you'd like to Block the user on the popup window.
Blocking a user from their profile page or ad page:
Open the Profile of the user you'd like to block or one of their adverts.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Report user button.
Select a reason for the report.
Select the Report and block option.
Provide a short message for Bike Hub explaining why you've blocked the user.
Click on Send report.
What happens when a user is blocked?
A blocked user will no longer be able to:
Send you Chat messages (new messages or replies on existing conversations)
Reveal your phone number (if you include it on any on adverts)
Send you a Bike Hub Pay offer (where it is enabled on your adverts)
You'll also not be able to initiate any messages or offers with a user you block.
How to un-block a user
If you'd like to remove the block on a user you can do so as follows:
Open your Account settings from the user dropdown menu.
Select the Blocked Users option from the menu.
Click on the Unblock button next to the user.
