If the seller can't supply the item after accepting your offer (for example, they sold it elsewhere), you're entitled to a full refund with no fee withheld.
Contact us with your deal number and we'll cancel the deal and refund you in full by EFT. If you'd like, share the seller's username and we'll review their account.
