Once you've received the item as described you'll need to indicate your acceptance to complete the Bike Hub Pay deal.
Accepting your item
Open the Deal Progress page for the item.
Click the "Complete the Deal" button.
This will trigger the payout process to release the funds to the seller.
If an item has been delivered, but has not been accepted or no disputes have been raised, the item wil be automatically accepted 48 hours after delivery.
Disputes
If there's a problem with the item received you should alert Bike Hub immediately by clicking on the "Log a Dispute" button on the Deal Progress page or notifying us via help@bikehub.co.za
