Item not sent
If the seller hasn't sent the item within 7 days of payment, the buyer will be eligible for a refund and the deal will be cancelled.
Item sent, but not delivered
If the seller has sent the item, but it hasn't arrived within 7 days the buyer may be eligible for a refund. However, if the courier company confirms delivery at the address supplied by the buyer, we'll consider the item to be delivered and the deal will be concluded.
If your item hasn't arrived as expected, create a dispute on Bike Hub via the "Log Dispute" button on the deal page.
