Item not sent
If the seller hasn't sent the item within 7 days of payment, you'll be eligible for a refund and the deal will be cancelled.
Item sent, but not delivered
If the seller has sent the item, but it hasn't arrived within 7 days, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if the courier company confirms delivery at the address you supplied, we'll consider the item to be delivered and the deal will be concluded.
If you're eligible for a refund, it will be for the full amount you paid. No fee is withheld.
If your item hasn't arrived as expected, create a dispute on Bike Hub via the "Log Dispute" button on the deal page.
