Bike Hub

After selling an item on Bike Hub you might like to post feedback for the buyer and, in turn, prompt them to add feedback for you. How to add a rating for a buyer:

Mark as sold When marking your advert as sold on Bike Hub you'll have the option to select and review the buyer

1. From the advert page or your <a href="https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/user/ads" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">My Ads</a> page click on the "Mark as sold" button for the advert.
2. When asked why you're removing the ad, select "I sold it on Bike Hub"
3. Next, click on the buyer's username if displayed or select from the dropdown box.
4. Add a star rating and your comment about the experience.
5. Click on submit to post the rating.

Add a rating on an already sold advert If you previously marked an advert as sold but didn't tag a buyer, you can still do this later via the <a href="https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/user/ads?search=&amp;status=sold" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">My Ads &gt; Sold</a> tab.

1. Find the advert you'd like to add buyer feedback on.
2. Click on the "Provide Buyer Feedback" button
3. In the dialog that appears, click on the buyer's username if displayed or select from the dropdown box.
4. Add a star rating and your comment about the experience.
5. Click on submit to post the rating.

Automatically requesting feedback from a buyer When you add feedback for a buyer using either method above, the buyer will be notified and prompted to post a rating on your profile.

Buyer name isn't available for selection
