Is the Bike Hub website not looking as you expect it to?
Adverts are not loading or images in the wrong place?

If the Bike Hub website cache is corrupted or outdated, you may encounter issues like incorrect display, unresponsive buttons, missing images or website sections, and actions not working as expected.

To resolve this, perform a hard refresh or clear your browser cache.

Performing a hard refresh:

Google Chrome

Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard

Firefox

Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard

Safari (Mac)

Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E

To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R

How do I clear my browser cache?

The University of Iowa Information Systems department explains how to clear your browse cache here.

If that doesn't cover your browser, then the Indiana University has a more comprehensive guide here.
