How to manage the types of notifications you receive through email.

You can manage your notifications on the settings page.

Select the categories that you would like to receive email notifications for. Here are the types of notifications you'll receive for each category:

Chats

  • You’ll receive an email notification each time you receive a new chat message

Marketplace Updates

  • When another user responds to your advert.

  • When your advert has been successfully created.

  • We'll notify you when your advert has been active for 7 days along with the basic stats for the advert (how many views it has had to date etc.)

  • If you have any adverts saved in draft that need to be completed.

  • We'll notify you when your advert has expired.

  • If new items are available that match a saved search.

  • When your ad promotion has expired.

  • You'll be reminded if your ad is still on hold after 5 days.

User Feedback

  • We'll notify you if another user has completed a rating for you.

  • We may ask you to rate your experience with another buyer or seller.

Favourited Items

  • If an item you favourited has been sold.

  • If the price of an item you favourited has been reduced.

  • If an item you favourited has been put on hold.

  • If an item you favourited has been made available again.

  • If an item you favourited has been deleted.

  • If an item you favourited has expired.
