If you find that the Notification Icon is loading continuously, like in the image below.

Please log out of Bike Hub from the Homepage and then log back in. You can log out by selecting the user icon at the top right of the page, and then selecting Log out at the button of the drop-down menu. See the example below.

When you log back in again, the Notification Icon should begin to function as expected once again.
